Steven E. Tibbitts is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Certified Retirement Counselor at Tibbitts Financial Consulting. Steve helps clients develop their financial strategies and coordinate their investments. Steve graduated from Western Michigan University with honors in 1984 with a degree in business management. He began his career in 1993 with American Express Financial Advisors. After spending 12 years with AEFA, he began his current independent firm in 2005 to enhance the services and offerings to his clients. In Steve's spare time, he likes to golf, spend time with family and friends and enjoy fine wines. He lives in Allegan where he and his late wife, Jana, both had successful business careers and were very involved in their community. Steve has two grown children, Julie and Nathan, and four grandsons.
